- This is not a solicitation. This is a Request for Information, Sources Sought only for the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. Information collected during this Sources Sought may be used in a set aside. If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541380. The NAICS size is $19M. Requirements: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 300 Independence, OH 44131, intends to solicit offers from cable sources, in regards to MedGas Systems Maintenance, Testing, and Inspections. FOB: Destination: Place of Performance: Ann Arbor VAMC 2215 Fuller Road Ann Arbor, MI 48105 USA The Contractor shall provide Monthly, Quarterly and Annual preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing for the following equipment per the Manufacturer Specs.
