- Pre-solicitation Notice/Advertisement ������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kansas City: Topeka Delineated Area: North: US Hwy 24 West: Urish Rd, cross the Kansas river to SW Landon Rd, to US Hwy 24 South: SW 29th Street East: SW Gage Blvd North, to Hwy 70 West, to Hwy 75 North, to US Hwy 24 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,350 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,617 Space Type: 2,762 Office, 2,250 Storage, 338 Special Parking Spaces: 10 surface, secured, reserved Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1, 5-year option Additional Requirements: Accessible 24/7/365 First floor space Space must be contiguous on a floor, but can be divided by a hallway Minimum 10� ceiling height in storage area Minimum 100 lbs psf floor load capacity in storage area Able to accommodate maneuverability for semi-truck access Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); Date of space availability; Building ownership information; Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
