- 10/3/2024 Industry day slides and notes attached 8/8/2024 Questions and Answers attached United States Air Force (USAF)�� Remote Radome Replacement Program � Industry Day� This posting is in connection with the following Sources Sought published 15 Feb 2024: - Notice ID: FA8217aewsFP117 (Sources Sought - AEWS AN/FPS-117 Radome Support)� - Notice ID: FA8217aewsFP124 (Sources Sought - AEWS AN/FPS-124 Radome Support)�� The USAF is seeking Vendors and supplier services with the current capability to manufacture, remove, transport, construct, and install�25 foot�and 55 foot�RADOMES for the AN/FPS-124 radar within Canada and the AN/FPS-117 radar in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. If an initial response was not provided for one or both of the above Sources Sought notices, please review those notices and provide a capability statement in accordance with those notices.� Audience: Members of the Industry Representatives� When: 10 Sep 2024 - 12 Sep 2024 (Tentative)� Where: LSS Iqaluit - North Warning System, 2050 Hubbard Lane, PO Box 1089, Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada� This announcement is not a solicitation.?This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This industry day is for information purposes only.?The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with attending the Industry Day.� Interested sources shall respond to this notice no later than 8 July 2024 (5:00 PM Mountain Time). Email your responses to Heather Ball, Contracting Officer, at heather.ball@us.af.mil, AND, Chris Jarman, Contracting Officer, at christopher.jarman@us.af.mil.�� The HBZIA Program Office will be hosting a site visit Industry Day for potential offerors to observe and discuss the United States Air Force requirement for the Remote Radome Replacement Program.� USAF Atmospheric Early Warning System (AEWS) Program Office is interested in meeting with industry representatives to observe, answer questions, and receive feedback regarding this requirement to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy.�� The industry day group conference will be conducted over 3 days in Canada to observe 3 remote sites, tentatively beginning on 10 Sep 2024, 11:00 am at LSS Iqaluit - North Warning System in Iqaluit Canada and is expected to end on 12 Sep 2024, 11:00 am.��� The purpose of this conference is to provide open dialogue between government and industry. In order for this to be an effective exchange, the government requests a list of things industry wishes to observe, recommendations, and specific questions that they would like the Government to address. Please submit your list, recommendations and specific questions to Heather Ball, Contracting officer, at heather.ball@us.af.mil, AND, Chris Jarman, Contracting Officer, at christopher.jarman@us.af.mil not later than 8 July 2024. Early submissions are encouraged.� Who should attend?� Vendors who provide supplier services with the capability to manufacture, remove, transport, construct, and install 28-foot and/or 55-foot Radomes.
