- This notice has been revised to post solicitation amendment 70FB8024R00000028 Amendment 003.��The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section M: Evaluation Factors for Award, paragraph M.5 Factor 5: Price, to include Contract Phase-In and Contract Phase-Out costs in the calculation of the total evaluated price. Section M has been restated below, and the revised section highlighted for clarity. #################### This notice has been revised to post solicitation amendment�70FB8024R00000028 Amendment 002.� This amendment replaces Attachment 4 - Wage Determination WD 2000-0127 dated 07/22/2024. #################### This notice has been revised to post solicitation amendment 70FB8024R00000028 Amendment 001.� Additionally, revised attachments have been added, as follows: Attachment 1 - Performance-based Work Statement, Attachment 2 - Performance Requirements Summary, Technical Exhibit 01 - Onsite Assessment Guidelines, Technical Exhibit 03 - ACE 5 User Guide, Technical Exhibit 09 - Email and Sharepoint Procedures, and Technical Exhibit 15 - Hello Letter. ##################### This notice has been revised to post the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing the questions and answers, as it was brought to FEMA's attention that some answers were cut-off in the "".pdf"" file posted earlier on 08/15/2024. ##################### This notice has been revised to post the vendor questions and answers.� As noted in the question and answer document, a solicitation amendment is forthcoming.� At this time, there is no change to the current due date for Phase I proposals, or to any other submittal requirements of the solicitation. ##################### The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing this solicitation for an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the primary purpose of conducting damage assessments in response to presidentially declared disasters throughout the United States and its territories (CONUS & OCONUS).� �The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of the solicitation.
