REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) 505 CCW Industry Day at ShOC-N Department of the Air Force (DAF) Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Battle Lab I. DISCLAIMER THIS NOTICE IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be evaluated as a proposal. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A return response from the government with regard to RFI submissions is not guaranteed. The RFI respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation from future announcements or contracts. Respondents should indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark accordingly. NOTE: This RFI is not associated with any previous or ongoing RFPs or Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests issued by the DAF. II. BACKGROUND The Secretary of the Air Force has designated the achievement of operationally-optimized Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS)�the DAF�s contribution to Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2)�as an operational imperative.� The Shadow Operations Center � Nellis (ShOC-N) is the DAF�s primary location for ABMS and CJADC2 experimentation. Previous feedback was provided to increase engagements and integration with industry and emphasize TTP development for dynamic target kill chain automation. III. SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF INTEREST A. Problem Statement: In order to experiment with solutions aimed at increasing battle management decision speed and quality to win the pacing fight, existing fielded systems and new prototypes require integration for data sharing, decision automation, and timeline compression. The focus areas for the 505 CCW Open House to Industry Day at ShOC-N 12 Dec 2024 is dynamic targeting and kill chain automation with specific interest in solutions in automated decision tools and distribution for intelligence, Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and battle management fielded systems and new prototypes. In addition, automated experimentation data collection and analytics remains a challenge and available for industry�s awareness and/or inputs. The end result is successful integration of new capabilities in order to build new TTPs for decision advantage against a pacing challenge.� B. The draft agenda is: 0730-0830 PST: Badging, coffee, social hour 0830-1000 PST: ShOC Capstone Overview for TTP development with C2 automation 1000-1130 PST: Transformational Modeling for Battle Management Experiment The intent for the experiment is to expose industry members to an unclassified version for a visceral and experience-based understanding of the pain points and challenges. The framework for the morning is brief, execute, and rotate industry members through an experiment. 1130-1300 PST: Working Lunch/TM-BM/ShOC Debrief/Q&A The intent of Q&A are based on submissions. IV.
