Description

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3887 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 1244 North Eisenhower Drive Cranberry Creek Plaza, Beckley, WV 25801.� The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately ten (10) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.� Must use Government Lease. Additional information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from Ken Bowe by email at Kenneth.j.bowe@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm on 4 Oct 2024.
