- NPS - NRSS - Geologic Resource Division - Energy & Minerals Branch - one-year subscription - Enverus Power and Renewable (P&R) Foundations & Project Tracking with Fusion The DOI � National Park Service � Contracting Operations � Strategic Group intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Enverus, Inc. A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract deem only one source reasonably available. Enverus, Inc., has been identified through Market Research as the only vendor that is capable of providing the specific one-year subscription service for the Enverus Power and Renewables (P&R) Foundations & Project Tracking with Fusion. The subscription services will provide real time information and allows access to the largest thermal and renewable projects and transmission line data sets in the United States, including the ability to upload park boundaries, providing users with the ability to compare energy projects with NPS units and program lands and via the collected information on the grid connection approval process to understand which projects are likely to move forward and where to best focus our limited resources. The subscription service will include comprehensive project and company information, alerts, simple analytics tools, and grid connection approval timelines and calculations for success or withdrawal deliver critical information resulting in better, faster decisions and providing relevant information to the agency. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Procedures; only one source has been determined to be capable of providing services. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 to purchase the above listed items. This requirement is not being set-aside for Small Business Concerns and will be awarded under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 513210 � Software Publishers with a $49 Million Size Standard. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than Monday, September 23, 2024, 1600 Mountain Time. E-mail statements will be accepted but senders are responsible for ensuring the complete transmission and timely receipt. All inquiries shall be sent via e-mail brian_mccabe@nps.gov. Any party responding to this notice shall send clear, factual documentation demonstrating their capabilities to meet and resell this item to the government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is based on this notice and solely within the discretion of the Government.
