- FEDBIZOPPS NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE: Federal Student Aid (FSA) accomplished a Sole Source justification to transfer subscriptions and licenses via a fixed-price non-competitive Task Order with Gartner, Inc. 56 TOP GALLANT RD, STAMFORD, CT 06902 USA, Tel: 240-586-1153 from #LCFDL21D001 to FEDLINK Contract #LCFDL24D0001.� This procurement is for acquisition of commercial items in accordance with FAR 16.5.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. Only one responsible source and no other item will satisfy the FSA requirement. Gartner is the only approved source for the subscriptions and licenses capable of providing the Seated Subscription Membership Research in CISCO Executive Subscription, IT leaders, Technical Professionals, Enterprise IT leaders and Executive Programs. This request is issued for Federal Student Aid.� Gartner is the only known source that meets the FSA requirement.� Contract period of performance is September 30, 2024-September 29, 2025, with one option year. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. DO NOT submit a bid/quote at this time. Any offerors believing they can provide the required Gartner Inc or like subscriptions and licenses with all of the features and functions of the requirement described in the brand name justification may provide evidence for consideration. Evidence must support the offeror's claim they can provide this brand name or equal. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 20, 2024. Responses received after this will be considered late IAW FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Responses are required to be sent via email to Alicia.butler@ed.gov. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement. Contractors must have a current registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order processed IAW FAR Part 16.5. The closing date of this synopsis is 3:00pm, Eastern Standard Time (MST) on September 20, 2024.
