A bid bond/offer guarantee will be required for this project.� Project Title: Dutch John Bunk House Roof Replacement The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools,transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Magnitude:�(c) Between $100,000 and $250,000 Location: The project is located at the Dutch John Bunk House in Dutch John Utah, 115 5th Ave, Dutch John, UT 84023. Period of Performance: �The work is expected to start sometime in October 2024 (Subject to change). The work must be completed within 60 days after the work has started. Site Visit: Not mandatory but encouraged. No government escort will be present.� Contractor Questions Due No Later Than: 08/23/202412:00 PM PT.
