- Description
- This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the National Park Service (NPS) at Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) for a contractor to paint exterior surfaces of the Yah-Mah-Nee Visitor Center, two Entrance Station Fee Booths, and adjacent Amphitheater, all located in the southwest are of the park. Additionally, contractor will apply fire retardant to shake shingles on multiple historic housing and administrative structures located in the park headquarters area west of Mineral, CA. This Amendment no. 2 is necessary to incorporate additional Q&A and fix the issue with Attachment 5. The additional Q&A is included as Attachment no. 9. This is the final round of Q&A and additional questions will not be accepted. Attachment no. 5, Quote Submission Package, was reported to have issues when downloading that not all of the documents would open or appear. Attachment no. 5 is hereby replaced with the following separate attachments: - - Attachment 10 Revised Quote Submission Package (single PDF file that includes the technical Information Form and all FAR Provisions) - - Attachment 11 Price Schedule (Excel format) - - Attachment 12 Bid Bond SF-24 form (PDF) - - Attachment 13 Post-Award Limitations of Subcontracting Worksheet (Excel format) RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED: The solicitation response date for when quotes are due is extended by 2 days. Quotes are due by 3pm (PST) on Friday, September 20, 2024. Submit quotes electronically, including a copy of the bid bond, to phaedra_fuller@nps.gov. Refer to Section L and M of Attachment no. 2, Terms-Provisions-Clauses, for full details of what to include in quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
