- On behalf of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (located in Huntsville, Alabama) is issuing this formal notification to inform industry of the posting of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W9113M-24-R-0070, D3I2 D1 in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (SM).Amendment 0001 is being issued to incorporate revisions to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Amendment 0001 Summary of Changes are as follows: (1) RFP Section J, List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments; 2) RFP Section L Instructions to Offerors; and 3) Section J Attachment 05, D3I2 D1 Cost Price Proposal Worksheet. Note that offerors shall rely upon the entirety of the RFP, as amended (if there is a conflict between the summary section of the SF 30, Block 14, and the RFP section, then the latter shall govern).Note also that the USG will be issuing a conformed copy of the RFP; the conformed copy of the RFP (which includes RFP Amendment 0001) shall be used for proposal purposes and Government evaluation of proposals.Amendment 0001 can be accessed under the Amendments section located at the following link: https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W9113M24R0070It is the responsibility of potential offerors to ensure their own access to PIEE SM https://piee.eb.mil is attained and maintained.
