Description

The purpose of this requirement is to establis a single delivery order to obtain�on-line registration and event management license to support the Department's internal and external events, meetings, workshops, and conferences. �The Department currently owns an expiring license for software with these capabilities with a need to maintain this capability.� Each year, the Department� executes over +75 events per year, to accommodate approximately 4,500 registrants. The on-line registration site shall include the following features: Custom Event Websites ����������� On-line Registration Attendee Management � ����������� Registration Management Event Logistics ���������� ����������� Email Campaigns��������� ����������� Travel Management Surveys and Feedback Guest List Management Reporting and Analysis Ability to transition existing historical registration content 24x7 help desk phone support, on-line training, and maintenance FedRAMP Approved
