- This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0362 is to provide Two Petri Film Plate Readers in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the �Attachments/Links� section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (�Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing�) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (�Laboratory Equipment and Supplies�). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government�s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (�12505B24Q0362�) and/or title (""Two Petri Film Plate Readers"") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental ""Supporting Information Form"" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see ""Additional Information"" in the �Attachments/Links� section for more details.
