- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR�PROPOSALS, REQUEST FOR QUOTE, OR INVITATION FOR BID.�� The intent of this notice is to identify qualified and interested offerors for information and planning purposes. The information received will be utilized within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing services for Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) and Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COMS) for Unaccompanied Housing at the following locations Naval Base Guam, Andersen Air Force Base Guam, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the Product and Service Code (PSC) is Z1FA, Maintenance of Family Housing Facilities.� The proposed services are: (1) Facility Management Services; (2) Facility Investment Services; (3) Custodial Services; (4) Pest Control Services; (5) Unaccompanied Housing Operations/Maintenance Services; (6) Utilities � Chiller Plant The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation, except otherwise specified herein, necessary to perform the requirements listed above.� The resultant contract for this acquisition, if any, will be a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items. The contract term will be a base period of one year, with five (5) one-year option periods; with a final option period of six (6) months.� The recurring base year requirement will be the overall minimum guarantee. The Solicitation, if any, will be posted to the System of Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/ and/or the appropriate Government wide point of entry (GPE). Respondents will not be notified of the results of NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE�S market research. NAVFAC Marianas FSC CORE will utilize the information provided for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Firms having the capability to perform this work are invited to submit qualifications information, limited to five (5) pages (8 1/2� x 11�), and are requested to complete Attachment 1: Statement of Interest Questionnaire no later than 01 October 2024, 11:00AM Guam Time. The Government may not respond to questions regarding this Sources Sought Notice or the anticipated Solicitation, if any.��Responses received after the deadline or without the required information may not be considered.
