Description
This is a Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.� THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED.� The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a fixed price purchase order for a contractor to provide 463 each 24-gallon cube configurable containers (Trash, Recycle, Paper and Compost in support of CMS�s waste diversion efforts.� The containers will be used in open floor areas throughout the headquarters complex. Detail information is provided in the attached Statement of Work. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation offers the lowest price and is technically acceptable. A purchase order award should be made within 3 - 5 business days of the RFQ response due date. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1.� Company Name, Address 2.� Contact Person, name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address 3.� Business Size Classification, i.e. Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman Owned 4.� Unique Entity ID 5.� Tax ID NO. 6.� Delivery Time (ARO) Note: You must be registered and the registration current in the SAM or System for Award Management in order to receive a federal government award. Contractors must also be registered in the following website for payment of invoices: www.ipp.gov. Your quote must be received by September 17, 2024 no later than 12:00pm.
