- PROJECT NAME: EMERGENCY MOLD ABATEMENT FOR BUILDING T-31 AT JOHN F. KENNEDY DAY SCHOOL IN CEDAR CREEK, ARIZONA. TYPE: 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside Submit Proposal to: maryjane.johnson@bie.edu All offeror�s must be actively registered in the system for award management database prior to award under this solicitation. See FAR clause 52.204-7, System for Award Management on how to apply. Contractors, please see the attached solicitation for John F. Kennedy School. This solicitation is for a firm fixed construction for the following project: Contractor is to provide all materials, supplies, incidentals, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary for the emergency mold abatement at John F. Kennedy Day School in accordance with the statement of work. SITE VISIT DATE: September 12, 2024, AT 11:00 A.M. (please meet with the COR, Marvin Charley at John F. Kennedy Day School). LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: September 13, 2024, by 4:00 PM (Please used attached question log when submitted your questions to myself by email at maryjane.johnson@bie,edu) DUE DATE: September 17, 2024, AT 12:00 PM MDT All proposals shall be emailed directly to myself maryjane.johnson@bie.edu. Please do not include any other government personnel on emails. Proposals shall include Volume I Price and Volume II Technical Approach. Offers are being solicited only from Indian economic enterprises (IEEs) that are also small business concerns (ISBEE�s). Offers received from others will not be considered and will be rejected.
