- Description
- It is the intent of the Government to award a contract as a result of this Request for Proposals.� The Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) intends to acquire the non-personal professional Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist -CT described herein, located in Supai, Arizona. Contractor is requested to provide non-personal professional Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist-CT �Services for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The intent of this contract is to establish a method whereby the Supai Health Clinic can minimize disruptions in clinical service because of staff changes and shortages over the next 5 years. �Also, even when the best plans are laid to hire and retain staff, our remote location makes this difficult and we can have staff shortages despite trying to hire a full-time employee. �Requests for contractor coverage will be based on the consistently changing needs of the clinic.� All respondents must send all requested documents as outlined in Attachment H - Provisions and Clauses to Jeremiah Murrell at jeremiah.murrell@ihs.gov. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 9/9/2024.
