- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CCFM Number: �APC-FY24-000286 FY24-29 JSD Lethality & Survivability Training The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for APC-FY24-000286 FY24-29 JSD Lethality & Survivability Training The period of performance for this effort will be a base year + four (4) year contract.� �The total estimated value is approximately $470,000 and is being awarded to Raven. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement.� This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Questions or comments to this Notice of Intent should be directed to Contracting Officer, via e-mail only (no phone calls/voice mail messages regarding questions will not be accepted and will not receive a response). Please indicate in the subject of your email: Notice of Intent Question Submission - Thank you. *********************************************************** If an interested vendor - Please note: Onramp/Offramp (open season) Provisions: This program will be reviewed every three (3) months and �one year after BPA establishment to determine whether it is in the best interest of the Government to �reissue� a Request for Quote (RFQ) for purposes of adding additional BPA holders.� The Government is under no obligation to solicit or establish additional BPA holders. However, should such a determination to hold an open season be made, during this process the Government may add additional BPA teams. In the event that additional BPAs are established in accordance with these provisions, the period of performance of the �on-ramped� BPAs will only be for that length of time remaining in the originally established 5-year BPA period.� � In very rare instances, unforeseen and/or urgent additions of team members outside of annual open season may be approved.�
