- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY � The Bureau of Reclamation, has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) Each � Basic UV Accelerated Weathering Tester and one (1) Each - Condensation UV Accelerated Weathering Tester. Both units shall also be contained within a single stackable space saver frame due to current lab space restrictions. Specifications CLIN 010: One (1) Each - Basic UV Accelerated Weathering Tester. CLIN 020: 24 Each - UVA-340 Fluorescent Lamps CLIN 030: One (1) Each - Condensation UV Accelerated Weathering Tester CLIN 040: One (1) Each - Irradiance Smart Sensor CLIN 050: One (1) Each - Space Saver Frame CLIN 060: Preassembly of the two UV Accelerated Weathering Testers in a single stackable space saver frame. CLIN 070: Shipping & Handling This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Bureau of Reclamation is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to continue to monitor the Beta Sam Opportunities (www.sam.gov) site. The Bureau of Reclamation, Service Office, Denver, Colorado plans to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a delivery to be completed within 90 days after award. This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to interested parties about potential opportunity to provide seismic recorders they have available to the government as commercial of the shelf items. This office plans to post a solicitation on or about September 11, 2023.
