Solicitation N0042124Q0411 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Infoblox, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered.�� You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Your quote must be received before 5:00 pm on 9 September 2024 in order to be considered. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.� If two or more quotes are equal the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
