**STEP TWO Technical Proposals (Bid Opening) are due no later than 11:00 AM MST on 17 September 2024.** RFI QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATED #31, #32 NO NEW QUESTIONS WHERE ADDED. FURTHER MORE ELECTRONIC BIDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STEP 1ONLY. This amendment is issued to notify all potential offerors that electronic bids w ill be accepted f or Step 1 of this solicitation. A ll electronic submissions must be received no later than the established date and time specif ied in the solicitation. Bids r eceived after the designated deadline w ill not be considered. Ensure that all submissions comply w ith the format and submissions comply w ith the format and submission guidlines outlined in the solicitation. CHANGES The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to allow additional time for prospective offers to prepare and submit their proposals. ACKNOLEGMENT OF SF 30 IS REQUIRED.� RFI QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED Project Title: Repair RR21 project consist of milling RR21, processing subgrade, backfill edge of pavement on both sides of the roadway, reshaping and compacting to the required density, proof rolling with the COR as a witness, place geotextile TY I filter fabric. Place TY II base course, SP III asphalt paving and pavement markings that are indicated on the drawings (See Part 11-Narative of Specific Work Requirements). Provide all material, equipment, and labor to repair RR21 consisting of milling, processing subgrade, backfill edges, reshape, compacting ect, per the design drawings and SOW.
