- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to enter into a contract on behalf of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington Field Office on a basis of other than full and open competition.�OAQ intends to procure, on a sole source basis, access to a local shooting facility from Prince William County. This contractual effort will allow ICE officers the ability to conduct firearm training, practice, and qualifications. The Prince William County Police Department Scenario-Based Training Center is capable of fulfilling ICE�s specific firearm training requirements. This center offers the flexibility to support quarterly qualifications, advanced firearm tactical exercises, defensive tactics, intermediate force weapon training, and integrated scenario-based exercises. Additionally, the facility includes dedicated classrooms and training spaces for instructional purposes, allowing for a holistic approach to officer readiness.
