- Sole Source Intent: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Revvity Health Sciences, Inc., 68 Elm St., Hopkinton, MA. 01748-1602. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for the maintenance and repair of the following Government owned Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. (formerly PerkinElmer) equipment: JANUS G3 Standard, 4-tip, RUO (serial number: JA1830N2557); and Tri-Carb TR4910 Liquid Scintillation Counter (serial number SGL044180870). These instruments have unique designs and proprietary parts and firmware/software that only a properly trained technician can service.� Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. does not authorize third parties to service their instruments. The anticipated Period of Performance is 17 September 2024 through 16 September 2029. ���Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), solicit from one source if the�contracting officer�determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 811210 with a standard size of $34M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on September 09, 2024. �All inquiries shall be clearly marked with reference number PANMCC-23-P-0000 027563 and e-mailed to the point of contact is listed below.
