Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE EBAK DEHUMIDIFIERS The Contracts Office Navy Division at US Marine Corps, Blount Island Command (BIC), Jacksonville, Florida, is interested in identifying qualified small business sources that can provide the supplies listed below. Blount Island Command is looking for industry to provide current, accurate, and relevant information to determine whether the Government's needs can be met with commercial and industrial dehumidifiers. Any company submitting a response to this sources sought announcement shall provide objective documentation of their ability to provide the exact products described below. Objective documentation includes capabilities statements, company brochures, etc. The Government is looking at possibly purchasing the following make/models and no substitution will be entertained as these dehumidifiers are used on US Navy Watercraft. The makeup of the watercraft requires the dehumidifiers to be a precise size to allow for placement within vessel compartments on the watercraft. Additionally, all dehumidifiers used on the watercraft are the same types sought. The standardization provides for reliability and reduces personnel training requirements and logistics support. A Brand Name Justification and Approval is being executed and will be posted at a future date should the Government decide to proceed. The following make/models are as follows: Ebac Industrial Products: Part Number: 10240KP-US � Description: KOMPACT (110V 60Hz) Part Number: 10199GR-US � Description: NEPTUNE DEHUMIDIFIER (110V 60HZ ) All delivery drivers must be able to qualify for access to MCFS Blount Island USMC. Access requirements can be obtained by contacting the Pass & I.D. Office:� (0600-1530 Mon-Fri) at 904-696-3806/3809. � � The submission of this information is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supplies.� The information derived from this sources sought announcement is to be used for market research and acquisition planning for the future requirements. Registration in System for Award Management registration (SAM) is required for any subsequent contract award. �THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES�. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify all qualified sources, including small businesses.� The Sources Sought Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any Government assessments. All respondents shall be notified of any subsequent postings for this requirement. It is requested that companies provide a capabilities and past performance package to the POCs listed below NLT 10 September 2024.
