Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to modify an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, N68335-22-D-0014, awarded to Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc. to add a quantity of nine (9) Dynamic Information Notebook Organizer (DINO), P/N: 504045-002, Revision D, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program. The DINO was specifically designed, developed, and manufactured for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft and has no commercially available equivalent. A Sources Sought notice for this requirement was posted under N68335-24-RFI-0262. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Mid-Atlantic Computer Services, Inc. This acquisition is being pursued under sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and not other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� However, the Government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
