- This is a new requirement for Kestrel/SX Co-Processor cards. Please see attached documents for information regarding this combined synopsis / solicitation and its requirements. All vendors submitting quotes must list projected delivery dates on proposals. The Government is planning to award this requirement directly to Comware Technical Services, Inc. as a single source requirement.
