- SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Upper Colorado Region (UCR), Glen Canyon Field Division (GCFD) has a requirement to procure transformer fluid testing services at the GCFD located in Page, Arizona. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The BOR intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation for this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Glen Canyon has a need to procure transformer fluid testing services at the Glen Canyon Power Plant. Services shall be provided as soon as possible after receipt of award to the Glen Canyon Field Division located in Page, Arizona. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The product service code (PSC) is H291 Equipment and Materials Testing- Fuels, Lubricants, Oils, and Waxes. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final and formal solicitation is anticipated for the first part of September 2024. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and the release of the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the sam.gov. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the sam.gov website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers.
