- This is not a Solicitation. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-185-6238, BOLT, MACHINE. The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1/C item. Approved sources and part number: SPACE-LOK, CAGE 16258 P/N 70103-08801-102 SPS TELENOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 56878 P/N 70103-08801-102 SPS TELENOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 56878 P/N 83067-10-102 AVIBANK MFG, INC., CAGE 84256 P/N 70103-08801-102 Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 2051/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement does not apply. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Government Production Lot Testing applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. Required delivery is 968 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin Critical Item Inspected at Source is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
