- AMENDMENT 01 This RFP is hereby amended to include the questions and answers submited in response to the posting of the official RFP. Based on the answers provided by the government in response to the questions posed by industry, the following RFP documents have been amended and included as part of the RFP: CASS FoT 47QSWC24R0004 Amendment 01 RFP FAR 12 Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation 8.30.2024 Attachment 1 CASS FoT Pricing Worksheet Amendment 01 Q and A_47QSWC24R0004_Amendment 01 CASS FoT_Legal (1) Note: The Q and A document provides specific information as to what terms and conditions of the RFP have been amended. The RFP and Attachment 1 as amended now supercede the previous versions contained in this posting. As a result of this amendment the RFP closing date has been extended to October 11, 2024 No other changes have been made to the RFP.� End of Amendment 01 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The General Service Administration (GSA) is issuing the official Request For Proposal (47QSWC24R0004) for Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Family of Testers (FoT) in Support of the F-35 Depot and the Engine Test Instrument (ETI) modernization program. Please review all attachments which include the Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation document and attachments 1 and 2. Follow the instructions listed in the document titled �CASS FoT 47QSWC24R0004_RFP FAR 12 Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation 8.13.2024� when submitting your proposal. It is important that you provide all requested submittals listed on pages 72 through 75. This action is to post the answers to the Questions and Answers (Q&A's) submitted for the�DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). As a result of the questions, the following changes have been made and will be reflected in the official RFP. The delilvery time has been clarified to reflect the client requests 180 days after receipt of order. The May 2024 version of FAR 52.212-3 will apply to the official RFP. The submission deadline for Q&A's and proposals has been clarified within the official RFP. This is ONLY a DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). A contract will NOT be issued pursuant to the evaluation of the quotations received. DO NOT SHIP based upon the posting of this notice. This is a DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please review the DRAFT RFP and submit any questions no later than 12 AUG 2024 at 2:00 PM to Calvin Blue, GSA Contracting Officer at Email:�calvin.blue@gsa.gov�and Gary Carson, Contract Specialist at Email:�gary.carson@gsa.gov. � � The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR or PMA 260) located in Patuxent River, Maryland is seeking to purchase parts that require a single distributor to provide multiple original equipment manufacturers (OEM) Consolidated Automated Support System Family of Testers (CASS FoT) parts in support of the F-35 Depot and Engine Test Instrument (ETI) modernization program. The parts are needed components of the CASS FoTs which currently supports PMA-260�s Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). CASS provides cost-effective aviation common support equipment in support of fleet operations and maintenance activities. CASS is used to test both Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA), i.e., circuit cards, for various aircraft.
