- Amendment 0001 - This amendment's purpose is to answer vendor questions, provide updates to the Continuation Pages, Pricing Schedule, Sample Task Order, and extend the quote suspense to 12:00 pm ET on 09 September 2024. Quotes received after this time and date will not be considered. The. U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS), on behalf of all USDA agencies requires the acquisition of Secure Data Enclave Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will NOT be issued.
