- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 09, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation, 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46256-1025. The statutory authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. ยง 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement. This acquisition is anticipated to take place on or about October 1, 2024. The period of performance will be for one base year and two ordering periods. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award and must submit a current authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer.
