Description

This is a service contract with equipment and personnel to provide MHE capable of loading containerized and non-containerized equipment weighing less than 10,000 lbs and no more than 100 Tons. Containerized equipment will be configured in containers ranging from quadcon to twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU). Non-containerized equipment could be any range of armored military vehicle. The contractor shall provide capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment at two locations on Fort Cavazos. Non containerized equipment will only require upload at a single location. Contractor may select MHE from their fleet as required to meet the specified requirement, but the government recommends, 30,000 (30K) pound forklifts, Rough Terrain Container Handlers (RTCHs), flatbed truck, and a 200 ton crane to support redeployment operations. * Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is expected to be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry on or before 05 September 2024.
