Description: The objective of this effort is to provide independent technical and management Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of Geospatial Signatures and Global Exploitation activities at the specified government facility, contractor facilities as well as across the intelligence community.� The contractor will provide independent, unbiased A&AS support to assist in various technical and management issues. Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award has already been made to the awardee contractor.� Per Federal Acquisition Regulation, this is a mandatory posting of the Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) due to 47QFLA22A0001 Modification 0009, which raised the estimated value of the BPA.
