Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(2), a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to SEACORP, CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI 02842. This requirement is for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) on all United States Navy submarines currently deployed. SEACORP owns, and has full rights and title to, the data that was developed under previous SBIR efforts. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-20-D-L000 with SEACORP and it is anticipated that 233,170 �man-hours will be required over the five-year period of performance. The NAICS Code is 541715 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Further details will be released upon issue of RFP# N6660424R0728, which is anticipated to be on or around 01 October 2024.
