- Updated 26 AUG 2024 Contractor Question: Contractor�would like to confirm that the items listed in the Notable High Expense Piece Parts per sec 14.1.8 in the SOW must be obtained from other than govt sources (i.e. DLA) in accordance with section 6.1 of the SOW�. Government Answer:�You are correct, the SOW does state that the items listed in the Notable High Expense Piece Parts per sec 14.1.8 in the SOW must be obtained from other than govt sources (i.e., DLA) in accordance with section 6.1 of the SOW�. Updated 21 AUG 2024 � �Offers due date extended to 20 SEP 2024, 8 AM MST � �Add Repair Qualificaiton Requirement (RQR) to the solicitation to become a qualified source. Original Solicitation This solicitation is for the remanufacture of the T-38 gearbox.� The government may award to more than one contractor from this solicitation. Award is dependent on being an approved small business qualified source.�� Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� (see DAFFARS MP 5332.7 (a)) All associated solicitation documents are attached to this solicitation.�� If you require access to the technical data associated with this solicitation, you will need to request access to the data via an email to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer assigned to this requirement.� �
