- Questions and Answers for RFQ 36C25025Q0008 Question: Would you like the filters cleaned or replaced every month? Answer: Yes, the filter should be cleaned monthly onsite. The filter can be replace as needed. Question: Do you have heaters on the tanks? Answer: No. Heaters are not needed because the hospice wards where the aquariums are located are kept at 70 degrees (F). Question: Do you have an algae eater? If not, would you want to add one for each tank? Answer: Yes, only one of the aquariums has an algae eater. Not sure if the other aquarium has an algae eater, but there should be one at each aquarium. Question: Will there be ample parking? Is it paid parking? Answer: Yes, there will be adequate parking. Vendors are expected to pay for parking, but the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the aquarium vendor can validate the vendor s parking ticket so the aquarium vendor does not have to pay for parking. Question: Is the plant life live in the aquariums? Answer: No, there is artificial plant life in the aquariums. Question: Please provide the length, width and height of each tank. Answer: Please referenced the Statement of Work, (48 W x 18 D x 22 H) . Question: Is there an incumbent doing this project and if so, what the monthly cost is? Answer: The contract number is 36C25020C0005. For more details related to this contract, please utilize FPDS at the following link Federal Procurement Data System - Next Generation (fpds.gov) Question: I read a clause that states, if a contractor wins the award they would have to include a SDVOSB. Am I reading that correctly? Answer: This procurement is set aside for small business concerns.
