- REMOVE HAZARDOUS TREES AND LIMBS FY24 Remove Hazardous Trees and Limbs. The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Fort Donelson National Battlefield. It is the intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials to remove hazardous trees. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
