- Description
- The Coast Guard is seeking a lease for temporary storage of seven generator-engine sets (GENSETs) in the vicinity of Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, or Norfolk, VA. The GENSETs must be stored in climate-controlled space; therefore, lease options shall include either existing building space that meet requirements detailed or vacant land with opportunity to build a concrete pad and climate-controlled structure. GENSET Specifications: � There will be four identical Large (Father) GENSETs. The information below is for one: o Overall Length: 44� o Overall Height: 16� o Overall Width: 11� o Estimated Weight: 167 Tons � There will be two Small (Son) GENSETs. The information below is only for one: o Overall Length: 33� o Overall Height: 16� o Overall Width: 10� o Estimated Weight: 82 Tons � There will be one Emergency GENSET. o Overall Length: 18� o Overall Height: 9� o Overall Width: 6� o Estimated Weight: 22 Ton SEE ATTACMENT FOR MORE DETAILS.
