Description

(i) Disclaimer: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (iv) Acquisition Identification Number:75F401-24-Q-1280533 For purposes of this acquisition, the associated NAICS code is 334519 - OTHER MEASURING AND CONTROLLING DEVICE MANUFACTURING. The small business size standard is 600 Employees. This action is being solicited Via Full and Open (v) Line-Item Structure: Line Item 0001: Whole Body Counter- Lung Counter Calibration Line Item 0002: Whole Body Counter- FastScan WBC calib Line Item 0003: �Whole Body Counter- Reconfigure BE6530 Line Item 0004: Whole Body Counter- Detector service level 3 Line Item 0005: Whole Body Counter -Shipping (vi) Specifications/Requirement: Calibration of Whole Body Counting System using specified phantoms and radioactive sources. See Attached Requirement Documents (vii) Delivery:� The period of performance shall be one year from the date of award, with acceptance performed at the destination. FOB Point: Delivery Location: FDA ORA WEAC 109 Holton Street� Winchester, MA 01890� (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial DEVIATION 2018-O0018, applies to this acquisition. Offerors should follow the instructions provided in the solicitation document, including any addenda. In addition to the requirements set for the FAR in 52.212-1, all offers responding to this solicitation must provide their business size in relation to the NAICS codes contained in this solicitation and shall identify any socioeconomic categories to which they belong.
