Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 441227 � Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers. The small business size standard is $40.0M, This will be awarded a lowest Priced technically acceptable, firm-fixed price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial item: 4 Person Side by Side Utility Task Vehicle for NOAA Office of Law Enforcement / Alaska Division. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SF1449 WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELGIBLE FOR AWARD. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND UNIQUE ENTITY ID/CAGE CODE. Quotes shall include specifications of the item(s) being quoted.
