The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Information Technology Contracting Branch (ITCB), intends to award on a single source basis a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Phoenix Lidar Systems, LLC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334519 � Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 600 employees. Phoenix Lidar Systems, LLC. is the primary contractor that sells Software for Spatial Explorer Plug in Modules License Subscription. �The Phoenix Lidar Software products are proprietary and only available from Phoenix Lidar Systems, LLC, 2113 Wells Branch Pkwy Ste 4000, Austin, Tx 78728-6972. Period of Performance: One Year - Sept 30, 2024 - September 29, 2025 Attachments: Attachment 02 - FAR 13 Limited Source Justification Anticipated Date of Award: 9/30/2024 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors that believe they can provide the services listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government.
