Description

USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Acquisitions Division (AD) intends to issue a Sole Source award to Elementar Americas of Ronkonkoma, NY to provide preventative maintenance to National Soil Survey Center Research Branch�s SoliTOC Combustion Analyzer.� FPAC intends to procure maintenance services under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.0 million.� This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations.� No solicitation document is available with this notice.� A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government.� Information received from firms as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government�s determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.�
