Description

This solicitation is being Amended. For details see amendment 36C24725Q0023 0001 and�36C24725Q0023 0002�attached.�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C24725Q0023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and VAAR Update 2008-37. This is a one-time service for the replacement of the�Reverse Osmosis unit in Bldg 21. Contractor shall provide installation and equipment in accordance with the�Statement of Work (SOW) and Salient Characteristics for the�WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia South Carolina.�
