- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure for Camera Inspection and Video Cleaning Services for Tioga Dam and Mansfield Levee System located in Tioga County, Pennsylvania on Tioga River within and between the boroughs of Tioga and Mansfield, PA. This solicitation is being pursued using FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 and is being negotiated under IAW FAR 13. This will result in one award based on lowest price technically acceptable. The action is a full and open competitive procurement.
