- The purpose of AMENDMENT 001 is to: 1) Update the PWS (see attached PWS updated 08202024) , specifically PWS Para. 1 to state the following: The District Office building is approximately 7,531 Square feet and includes (20) offices and/or desk spaces, (5) bathrooms, (2) showers (1) break room, (2) conference rooms, (1) copier room and (1) main lobby. EXCLUDES LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICE. 2) Identify the incumbent contractor; the incumbent contractor is: Reliance Contractors, Contract #�1291S820C0015, Total Dollar amount: $44,880. This contract was for a base and three (3) option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. (ii)�The�solicitation�number and a statement that the�solicitation�is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)�A statement that the�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 2024-06. (iv)�This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561720 with a Size Standard of $22M. (v) See attached Solicitation 127EAT24Q0082 for Schedule of Items. (vi) Janitorial Services for Monterey Ranger District on the Las Padres National Forest (vii) The date of performance is September 15, 2024- December 14, 2024 for the base year with four (4) Option Years of 12 months per option year. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition�and a there are no addendas to provision. (ix) Basis of Award- Technical Capability based on the Experience/Past performance Questionnaire and Price. (x) Offerors�shall include a completed copy of the provision at�52.212-3,�Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, with its�offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition.
