- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904024R0132. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change 8/15/2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/ The NAICS code is 336611 and the Small Business Standard is 1,300 (# of employees). This RFQ is being solicited for Full and Open Competition Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking responses from responsible sources to perform currently identified repair work and scheduled maintenance for a 60� Navy Dive Boat at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Place of Performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME Required Period of Performance: BASE: September 30th, 2024 � September 29th, 2025 Opt 1: September 30th, 2025 � September 29th, 2026 Opt 2: September 30th, 2026 � September 29th, 2027 Opt 3: September 30th, 2027 � September 29th, 2028 Opt 4: September 30th, 2028 � September 29th, 2029 For evaluation purposes, please provide any applicable procedures and technical information.
