- 36C24724Q0970 � DOSIMETER RADIATION BADGE MONITORING SERVICES FOR THE ATLANTA VAMC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This requirement is solicited as a 100% set-aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS: 334519 with a size standard of 600 employees The FSC/PSC is H999 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 on behalf of Atlanta VAMC (ATLVAMC) is seeking Dosimeter Radiation Badge Monitoring Services to support the ATLVAMC Radiology Services Department. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel to provide Dosimeter Radiation Badge Monitoring Services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), under the terms and conditions stated herein and must adhere to the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology.� Personnel Dosimeter Badge is an individual monitoring device worn by employees whose duties includes potential radiation exposure.� These individuals must wear these devices to determine the radiation exposure received.� The exposure levels received must comply with title 10 Code of Regulations (CFR) 20.1201, with other applicable provisions of Title 10 Chapter 20, Title 29 CFR 1910.1096 and with conditions specified in the AVAHCS Radioactive Material permit. The goals of the Radiation Monitoring Program are to maintain individual radiation doses �As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) and below regulatory limits.
