- Description
- This is a source sought issued by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ). FLCJ has a pending requirement for moving a Security Panel and Network Video Recorder (NVR) from one room to another (same floor � no stairs, estimated distance is approximately 30-50 yards, and open hallways). The contractor must uninstall the system from one room and reinstall it in another. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25million. Product Service Code K063 Modification of Equipment- Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida (FLCJ) has a complex electronic security system. The contractor is required to relocate the access control panel in the HQ building for NAVSUP FLCJ on NAS JAX to improve access, co-locate with security forces, and enhance asset security. The relocation will take place within the same building, on the same floor, to an office approximately 150 feet away and ensure its functionality. The contractor must minimize downtime and provide all necessary equipment (wiring, enclosures, and relays) and tools for the relocation. After the move, the contractor is responsible for testing and certifying the equipment as operable. If any equipment becomes inoperable after the move, the contractor will replace it at no cost to the government. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to ANSI/TIA-606-C standards and label each wire or set of cables to identify their associated gear and landing points. The submission should include the following information and reference N6883624PTP7408: Company name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification, NAICS Code for this Supply Requirement Capability statement showcasing the contractor's qualifications and past performance in providing the required services/supplies. This includes only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last three (3) years. The relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount; capacity performed ; contract period of performance ; description of the relevant supplies/services provided AND the relevancy of the supplies/services to the proposed requirement; and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address (up to two references). The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) document and a list of common consumable equipment items are attached to this Sources Sought. In response to this Sources Sought, if possible, please provide the following market research information to the request below with detailed descriptions and market research pricing (GSA and Open Market Pricing) for labor rate services for preventative maintenance, emergency, and non-emergency services, program support and new work services and prices for consumable items identified in the attachments for market research purposes. Please indicate next to each request if the item or service is not under your GSA Schedule. Please attach your responses in a Word Document and send them to Joseph Tolbert at joseph.d.tolbert.civ@us.navy.mil referencing N6883624PTP7408. The market research requests are the following: Please let us know if your company can provide the services and common consumable items. If not, please explain. Please note that we require more than standard brochures and paraphrasing of the notice to evaluate an interested party's capabilities. We need detailed information to make an informed decision.
