Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78115, title �CDC_Agilent Bravo Silver Maintenance 2024-2029� and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Market Research indicates that Agilent Technologies, INC, a large business out of California, to be the only manufacturer, sole distributor, as well as sole maintenance service provider to end users of the Bravo Liquid Handling Platform and Gripper.� As such, CDC is planning a sole source award for a no Small Business set-aside, with an immediate start date of 09/01/2024.
