The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, TX hereby gives a notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price contract to I.S.C. The above item has been determined, commercially available off-the shelf item, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation, 2.101.
